Headhunt HQ · last updated 2 October 2026
Headhunt HQ is a private tool that runs Prof. Dr. Medhat Tiba’s job search. Only people the account owner adds can sign in. This page explains what it does with information from his Google account.
What it uses from his Google account
- It sends the emails he, or someone he authorises, has approved, from his own Gmail address, and can save drafts in his Gmail.
- It reads new email in his inbox to recognise replies from the people contacted about his job search, and checks his sent mail for answers he wrote himself.
- It never deletes, moves, labels or archives his email.
How the information is used
- Only to run his job search: matching replies to the people contacted, summarising them, drafting answers for his approval and stopping follow-ups.
- New emails are read by Anthropic’s Claude API to judge whether they concern the search and to draft answers. Emails that do not concern the search are not kept.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. It is shared only with the services that run the tool: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Anthropic (the Claude API).
Where it is kept
In a private database and private file storage, reachable only by the people the owner adds. Connection keys are stored encrypted.
Removing access
- In the app: More, Connections, Disconnect.
- In his Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions, then remove Headhunt HQ.
- To have stored information deleted, write to the support email shown on Google’s sign-in screen for Headhunt HQ.
Headhunt HQ’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
